Orders:

Each piece of River Song jewelry is handmade to order.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  When you order, we will contact you to confirm & let you know an approximate ship date.  If you need your order expedited please email us at river@riversongjewelry.com.

All pieces are subject to availability.  We try our hardest to keep our online boutique up to date, but occasionally may sell out of a item before we're able to update it.  We'll notify you within 5 business days if this occurs & hopefully help find a replacement.  If not, you will be refunded in the same manner of payment.

Special Orders:

Since all of our jewelry is handmade, we are able to do custom orders.  Please inquire at river@riversongjewelry.com & we can start brainstorming together!  Special orders are non-refundable, but don't worry, you won't want to exchange it.

Care:

Most of our jewelry is handmade with many tiny, precious components, so please wear with care.  To preserve the integrity of your jewelry, we recommend not showering or sleeping in your jewelry. Please store in a clean, dry place.  Jewelry can be gently cleaned with a polishing cloth.  Oxidized sterling silver may brighten with wear.  Many natural gemstones and pearls are sensitive to cleansers, heat & light.  Exposure to these elements can affect color & luster.   

We will repair/refurbish River Song pieces altered by wear & tear.  All repairs are preformed for a fee.  See Repairs below.

Shipping:

All orders ship for a flat rate of $20 with the exception of expedited & international orders.  We ship everything UPS insured for the full value of the piece and need a signature upon delivery.  We cannot ship to PO boxes. 

Additional charges will be applied for expedited & international orders, please inquire at river@riversongjewelry.com.

Exchanges & Returns:

We want you to love your pieces and understand the need to see them & try them on.  We take exchanges of regular priced items for store credit within 2 weeks of receipt of order.  Authorization is required on all exchanges via email at river@riversongjewelry.com.  Items must be returned with their original packaging & in perfect, unworn condition and insured for the full amount of the items.  Shipping charges are not credited and return shipping will be paid by customer. 

Sale & Custom Order Items are non-refundable.  

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased & are subject to the retailer's individual return policy.

In the rare event you receive your items damaged, return claims must be made within 7 days of receipt and will be repaired or replaced if need be.  Full refund will be given if the item cannot be replaced.

Repairs:

We take pride in our craftsmanship & want you to enjoy your pieces for years to come.  Unless the piece arrived damaged, all repairs will be done for a nominal fee + shipping.  Please inquire at river@riversongjewelry.com about cost. 

We only repair River Song pieces.  If a piece cannot be repaired or matched, we can give you options for how to alter it.  

We recommend tracking & insuring your pieces for the full amount if sending them to us.  We are not responsible for merchandise until it reaches our shop.
